The Company

My client, a national training provider, is looking for a Business Improvement Techniques Assessor with the experience to deliver a full apprenticeship framework to their learners.

The Role

Conduct monthly visit to learners in the workplace to undertake teaching, learning and assessment across all components of the framework.

Ensure compliance on all funding and company requirements.

Support learners in your cohort and the preparation/ completion of e-portfolios.

Ensure effective planning and implementation of initial assessments, diagnostics and course reviews with learners.

Assess and monitor progress through the completion of monthly reviews and the setting of SMART targets in the ILP.

Working with the team to identify and address gaps in achievement/progress and to put into place well-timed support as appropriate in order for learners to achieve their learning aims in a timely manner.

The Person

Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA or equivalent).

Must be able to deliver BIT apprenticeships.

Occupationally experienced and relevant qualifications.

Up to date CPD.

 

Salary: 27-32k dependant on experience.
